Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 US Eastern, excluding US public holidays observed in 2026. Timing notes on the form still travel with your requirement.

  2. We return a restated brief for your approval.
  3. Factories quote; you choose the supplier and commercial terms.

Optional target budget may use a currency and a per-unit or whole-order basis. High-end, mid-range, budget or undecided is a buyer preference, not a verified factory grade. No existing quotation is required. If JavaScript is off, write those optional notes inside the requirement field.

Specification checklist for the requirement field

  • Product form: micellar water cleanser, toner comparison role, or oil-cleanser alternative
  • Fill size, fragrance status and wipe or bottle pack
  • Fill unit, pack style, and whether secondary cartons sit inside the first price
  • Quantity by SKU, US destination state or postal code, and requested delivery timing
  • Documents to request for the quoted lot: INCI list, net contents in ml or fl oz, identity items, batch code photos
  • Whether cotton pads or wipe applicators sit inside the first priced pack unit

Name, work email and the procurement requirement field are the fields the endpoint already accepts. Auxiliary product, budget and preference controls, when visible, are merged into that same requirement field at submit. They are not extra backend names. Repeating submit or using the browser back button should not keep an old helper summary in the visible requirement text.
